Castletroy College
On Monday 19th September 2011, a presentation was held for the Castletroy College Camogie team, during which each player received a training jersey. Tuscany Bistro kindly sponsored the new jerseys with support from Monaleen and Ahane Camogie Clubs.

Camogie in the school has gone from strength to strength since it was set up three years ago by teacher Ms Edel O Brien. At the presentation were John Doyle (Monaleen Camogie), Margaret Meskall (Ahane Camogie), Deirdre Murphy (Munster Development Officer) and the girls were given a training session by guest coach Paul Browne. With over 40 players in the school and no doubt more on the way from Monaleen, Ahane, Lisnagry, Milford and the surrounding areas the future looks very bright indeed for Castletroy College.
